No one considers paintball to be a health conscious activity but the reality is quite the opposite! Paintball is an amazing workout and the best part is, it is a lot of fun. Not many people realize the high level paintball is played at but professional paintball players are some of the best athletes around. It is a great sport that really does equate to a great full body workout. Whether you are running and attacking, or crouching and sneaking around, paintball is more than a game, it is a workout! Here are some of the health benefits of paintball:

-It is a workout for everyone! Whether you are big or small, male or female, young or old, paintball can be played and enjoyed by anyone. We see everyone from young energetic kids to laid back adults come out of the woods sweating, breathing and smiling. Everyone has fun out there and the “workout” is mostly body weight so anyone can take part.

-It gets your heart rate up! Imagine trying to run on a nature trail. Now add obstacles, gear, and opponents trying to shoot you out and you have the best cardio course on earth! Sprints, squats, crawling and more body movements are required nearly every time you move in paintball. There is no easy movement and that will get your heart pumping for a great cardio exercise!

-It is safe! All this exercise and that paintball still has one of the lowest incident reports when compared to traditional sports like football, hockey basketball and more. We make sure each player is clear on the safety rules of paintball and we don’t budge on those. We want you to have an awesome time and be safe while doing it!

-It gets you outside! How many times do you go to the same gym and stare at the same mirror doing the same exercises. Paintball brings you outside and changes up your routine. It won't be your everyday gym session but it will definitely get your heart pumping!

 

We encourage everyone to get out and try paintball and see that it is more that just some kids activity or a bachelor party idea.
