How it Works:

Step 1: Fill out the form to the right and hit the "submit and print waiver" button

Step 2: Click the print button on the waiver form

Step 3: Sign the waiver and bring it in!

- Please make sure that the entire waiver fits on the page... If it doesn't make sure you have "shrink to fit page" selected on your printers option page You can also fill out the waiver at the park but to avoid the lines just fill it out at home!

Who Needs a Waiver?

Everyone!

Important Notes:

- In NH you need to be 12 year old or older and if you are under 18 you need to also have your waiver signed by a parent or guardian

- You need to fill out and bring in a waiver every time you play unless you have a seasons pass

- You can always fill out your waiver at our facility but to save time during check in fill out the form at home and just bring it with you!
